What You’ll Do

• Oversee Group Financial Accounts preparation and ensure full compliance with Financial Reporting Standards, maintaining accuracy and integrity across all financial records
• Develop and drive strategic financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support business growth and long‑term planning initiatives
• Analyze financial performance and prepare comprehensive reports with actionable insights and recommendations for Board of Directors and Management
• Lead compliance activities including Bursa Malaysia listing requirements and regulatory adherence, while identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks
• Advise on fund‑raising and capital‑raising proposals, assess new business opportunities, and resolve financial queries from business units and corporate teams

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5-8 years of finance/accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software (SQL, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
