Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for construction projects.

Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions as needed.

Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit reports.

Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring continuous development and performance improvement.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and project financing requirements.

Manage project financing arrangements, bridging loans, end-financing, and progress claims.

Organize and maintaining in administrative works such as pantry stuffs, office maintenance and factory maintenance.

Responsible for daily routine of admin tasks and maintain smooth running of the office.

Assist in the daily HR operations and administration across the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, wages processing (foreign workers), compensation & benefits, leave & attendance management, staff movement, and employee records.

Contribute to the planning and execution of company-wide events, training programs, and employee wellness initiatives.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Experience in construction will be an added advantage.
