We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager to lead our client's core finance function. This is a critical leadership role that goes beyond routine reporting; you will be overseeing system integrations, supporting business restructuring, managing a team, and defining the future financial workflow.

Key Responsibilities

You will be leading both the team and the financial infrastructure:

• System Migration: Lead the transition of accounts from Google Sheets to accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) to ensure timely generation of monthly P&L statements.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight.
• Analysis & Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• System Oversight: Oversee account setup, consolidations, and integration of financial systems.
• Strategic Support: Support business restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and new business ventures.
• Risk & Improvement: Prepare account consolidations, identify financial risks for stakeholders, and design improvements to team workflows and financial statement structures as needed.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

Do you have any of these skills? They will make you a stronger fit for complex operational finance:

• Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software is a plus.
• Experience with crypto transactions and handling foreign exchange gain/loss or relevant fields is a plus.
• Chinese language skills preferred.
