Job description

Handle full set accounts and audits for the company & 1 entity in Singapore including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end/year-end closing.

Ensure accurate, timely, and up-to-date accounting records in the accounting system.

Calculate and compile monthly closing sales reports by designated branches.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments, bills, and financial records.

Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly.

Work collaboratively with the customer service officer to resolve accounts receivable related matters.

Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, banks, and other regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and timely reporting.

Maintain and update the fixed asset register, ensuring proper tracking and documentation of assets.

Assist in EC-related matters and update EC sales records monthly.

Monitor company cash flow to ensure smooth financial operations.

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports as required.

Analyze financial performance, and provide actionable insights to support management decision-making during shareholders meeting on a quarterly basis.

To attend other ad hoc assignments as and when required.
