We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Manager to lead the Company’s finance operations, including financial consolidation, forecasting, reporting, and compliance. This role also plays a critical part in supporting the Finance team, managing audits and tax matters, and collaborating cross-functionally to support strategic business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, a solid understanding of IFRS and tax regulations, and experience in ERP systems (preferably SAP).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial consolidation, group reporting, and financial statement reviews, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Review and analyze the Company’s financial performance, providing actionable insights for management decisions.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes.
• Ensure full compliance with IFRS and corporate tax regulations across jurisdictions.
• Act as the key contact for audit and tax matters, liaising with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other stakeholders.
• Drive internal control procedures and risk management initiatives to strengthen governance.
• Support and guide Finance staff on operational and technical issues, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure the Finance team operates at an optimum level and meets all reporting and statutory deadlines.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP ERP, enhancing process efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments on strategic projects and business initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted business advisor to the management team, contributing to business growth and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus)
