Job description

• Support day-to-day financial system operations and user activities.
• Manage financial accounts and assist with budgeting, cost allocation, and expense tracking.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to ensure accurate data flow across systems.
• Assist with configuration and enhancement of financial or HR management tools (SAP, Workday, etc.).
• Contribute to governance, compliance, and reporting processes related to finance operations.

• Troubleshoot issues in financial and HR systems and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
• Maintain financial records, support reconciliations, and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Generate standard and ad-hoc reports to support audits, forecasts, and operational decisions.
• Participate in system testing, upgrades, and enhancements for improved process efficiency.
• Document processes and support onboarding/training of users for finance and HR applications.
