  • Support tax filings and other regulatory requirements.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Executive to manage the full set of accounts and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. This role involves general ledger management, reconciliations, and supporting month-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle full set of accounts and ensure timely monthly closing.
  • Prepare and review general ledger entries, ensuring proper coding and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Perform intercompany, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
  • Manage fixed assets and balance sheet schedules.
  • Liaise with auditors and support audit processes.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and reports.
  • Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
  • Support tax filings and other regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Finance Manager.
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting / ACCA or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Autocount or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
