We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Finance Executive to manage financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and provide support to the finance team, contributing to the company’s smooth financial management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare, review, and reconcile financial statements and reports.
  • Manage invoicing, billing, and payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on financial matters.
  • Assist in audits and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
  • Monitor and manage petty cash, office expenses, and other financial activities.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
