Candidates should be meticulous, proactive, and possess strong communication skills, while fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or partially qualified professional certification.
• Experience with SAP B1 and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Solid understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
• Audit background is a big plus.
• Meticulous, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Mandarin literacy is an added advantage.

FINANCE EXECUTIVE

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responsible for accurate and timely reporting and submission of monthly financial and management reports.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support audit and tax processes, ensuring full compliance with regulations.
• Review and ensure accuracy of payments made by junior staff to vendor, service provider and etc.
• Participate in budget planning and tracking of budget utilization.
• Ensure adherence to Company policies, accounting regulations and tax regulations.
• Assist with ad‑hoc tasks such as pricing reviews and fixed asset management.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A Degree in Accounting or partially qualified professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
• Experience with SAP B1 and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and other information analysis functions.
• Solid understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
• Audit background? That’s a big plus!
