What You’ll Do:
  • Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare financial statements and management reports.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audit and tax purposes.
  • Ensure timely completion of accounting entries and supporting documents for monthly closing purpose.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other external parties as and when required.
  • Perform ad hoc finance-related tasks.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Mandarin to communicate with our Mandarin speaking internal team/stakeholders.
  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Completion of an automotive technology program or equivalent work experience.
  • Good computing skills (Microsoft Excel, Word) and also relevant accounting software.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
