Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to support our financial operations, cost reporting, and accounting processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and effective cost management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare cost reports for management, including product costing and sectional cost analysis.
  • Assist in inventory count and reconciliation activities.
  • Perform cost analysis and generate related reports.
  • Support month-end closing activities and ensure accuracy of accounting records.
  • Maintain and manage financial accounting systems to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Monitor fixed asset movements and prepare related journal entries.
  • Produce monthly departmental expense reports and cost analysis.
Job Duties
  • Verify posted invoices and payments, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to payment plans.
  • Assist the Accounting Manager in overseeing departmental operations.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Financial Controller.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, cost analysis, and accounting operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
