We have 2 openings for this position. One role is based in Shah Alam and another is based in Cheras.

This role is central to driving financial performance across our centres, providing strategic insights, and partnering with operational leaders to deliver sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with operational teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

  • Monitor financial performance against targets, providing actionable insights.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.

  • Analyse centre-level profitability, identifying trends and opportunities.

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.

  • Support decision-making on pricing, staffing, and cost management.

  • Conduct financial reviews with Area Managers to drive accountability and results.

Cost Control & Process Improvement
  • Identify cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.

  • Review expenses and recommend efficiencies across centres.

  • Assist in implementing financial policies and procedures.

Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and government regulations.

  • Support internal and external audits.

  • Assess risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Financial Reporting & Systems
  • Work with ERP and finance systems (Oracle Netsuite, Illumine) to improve reporting accuracy.

  • Develop dashboards and KPIs to track financial and operational performance.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CA/CMA preferred).

  • 5+ years’ experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business partnering (education/childcare/multi‑site operations an advantage).

  • Strong skills in financial modelling and analysis (Excel, Power BI, ERP systems).

  • Experience with ERP and BI tools (Oracle Netsuite, Power BI, Power Query) is an advantage.
