Job description

The Finance Assistant supports the Finance Department in managing daily accounting and financial tasks. This role ensures accurate record-keeping, timely processing of transactions, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and statutory regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance team as needed.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma, LCCI Intermediate, Degree or equivalent qualifications
  • Prefer at least 1 year experience in AR/AP.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, UBS) and Microsoft Excel will be a plus.
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Resilient, adaptable, meticulous and able to meet deadlines
