Job description

Responsible for day-to-day financial accounting tasks, including payment applications, internal settlement process follow-ups, expense accruals, account write-offs, input/output invoice management, and tax declaration and payments — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of financial data.

Coordinate with headquarters on contract and project-related payments, including reviewing financial terms in contracts, cost allocation, internal reimbursement approvals, and tracking of accounts payable, ensuring smooth budget control and project financial workflows.

Assist with the preparation, filing, and submission of monthly financial reports and tax documents; support external audits and tax inspections to ensure all financial records are accurate, complete, and compliant with local regulations.

Manage local administrative affairs, including organizing regular meetings, planning and executing training and team‑building activities, drafting official company documents such as external letters, reports, and meeting minutes, as well as managing files and archives.

Handle business license and administrative permit renewals, corporate representative and board member changes, and ensure all corporate credentials are valid and legally compliant. Also assist in internal document control, policy communication, and process management.
