A progressive agricultural firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Finance and Administration Head to lead operations, compliance, and strategic transformation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent, be fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, and possess over 5 years of relevant experience. This role focuses on cash flow management, statutory reporting, and the introduction of innovative financial solutions to support company growth and compliance.

Perform full spectrum of operation and strategic transformation, statutory and management reporting, cash flow management, tax, transfer pricing documentation

Able to manage daily operation matters include identifying inefficiencies, update outdated SOP, introduce modern technology driven financial solution to support growth and compliance

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a professional qualification in ACCA/CIMA or its equivalent and a MIA member

Fluent in both oral and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
