Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a capable and responsible Admin to support our growing operations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Finance background is compulsory
  • Working experience in bookkeeping, finance, or admin finance tasks is highly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting tools
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
Job Responsibilities
  • Handle bookkeeping, payment tracking, invoice preparation and basic accounting tasks
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports, expense summaries and supporting documents
  • Manage claims and payment processing
  • Support finance team and management in auditing or budgeting tasks
  • Manage daily office operations, documentation and filing system
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules and internal communication
  • Handle correspondence, emails and office supplies
  • Assist management in organizing company events, training or visits
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers and partners when needed
  • Ensure smooth workflow across all departments
