About The Role

The Contract Management Analyst plays a key role in the KL BSO OTC Contract Management team operation, driving continuous improvement objectives, supporting customer metrics, and delivering projects with high quality to enhance contract service delivery in the EMEA region. He / She is responsible for supporting all financial aspects of the EMEA Contract Management, driving quality and contract management execution within the business unit, and ensuring SLA & Business KPIs are met.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, review contract setup requests to ensure supporting evidence is complete
• Review contract / project amendment requests to ensure supporting evidence is complete
• Create contract / project abstracts to document revenue recognition & other accounting considerations
• Transform the contract / project abstracts into manual input/setup templates or PeopleSoft upload templates
• Review & activate contract setups in PeopleSoft aligned with supporting evidence
• Manage & monitor query resolution related to Contract Management
• Check accuracy and completeness of change request forms, including pricing information
• Coordinate input from stakeholders as required
• Identify proper contract documents and templates

What You’ll Need

• Candidate must possess at least a university level degree in Business Administration / Accounting / Finance or related area
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in a Finance / SSC environment
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• High level of accuracy, numerical ability and attention to detail
• Proficiency in English
• A team player who promotes teamwork among the team
• Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
• Computer literate, preferably with Excel spreadsheet knowledge
