We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive O2C Specialist to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role is responsible for delivering Order to Cash services to clients in accordance with established Order to Cash processes and work procedures. Ensure that the Order to Cash services are delivered within the agreed service levels and targets as defined in the F&A Service Level Agreement (SLA).
This position is required to support Sime Darby. Tasks involve processing receipts from customers and performing clearing in system, processing and issuing Invoice, Debit and Credit Notes, and monitoring AR aging as well as preparing AR reports etc.
