Job Description
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts to support business objectives.
  • Analyse key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Assist in budgeting processes and monitor budget variances.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Identify areas for cost optimisation and process improvements.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc financial analysis projects as required.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 1-3 years' experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles (internships considered).
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modelling) and PowerPoint.
  • Exposure to ERP or reporting systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
