About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance & Administration Manager to join INTERMED SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position will be responsible for overseeing the Group and Company's financial and administrative operations, playing a key role in supporting the strategic growth of the business.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage all aspects of the finance and accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and tax compliance
  • Optimize cashflow and utilization of credit facilities
  • Oversee the company's administrative operations, such as HR, IT, Insurance and general office management
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decision-making
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures and internal controls
  • Supervise and mentor the finance and administration team
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and requirements of statutory bodies/authorities
  • Ensure adequate insurance coverage of assets of Group and company
What we're looking for
  • Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 5-10 years' post-qualification experience
  • Extensive experience in a senior finance &/or administration role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing finance and administrative functions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent financial analysis, reporting, budgeting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to effectively manage and work in a team
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Confident with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP (Exact) software
