Job summary

A leading food manufacturing company located in Malaysia, Selangor, is seeking an Accounting role to process vendor payments and maintain accurate records in SAP. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 1 year of experience, although fresh graduates are welcome. Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems is necessary, along with strong analytical skills. This position supports daily payment activities and asset management.

Qualifications

• Process vendor payments and maintain accurate AP records in SAP.
• Verify PO, GR, and invoices; reconcile vendor statements.
• Monitor bank balances and support daily payment activities.
• Maintain asset listings, depreciation records, and asset movements.
• Perform asset reconciliation between physical records, SAP, and GL.
• Check petty cash, staff claims, filing, and support stock audits.
