Job summary

A collection agency is seeking a Field Visit Officer to be responsible for collection efforts via visitations in Kuala Lumpur. The candidate will need to possess at least a SPM, have 1-2 years of related experience, and be able to work independently under pressure. Strong communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Malaysia are required. The role involves traveling around Klang Valley and outstation to collect information and assist collection teams as needed, with a motorcycle required for transport.

Qualifications

Field Visit Officer [Incentive & Allowance]

Responsible for collection effort via visitations (own transport - motorcycle, is required).

Willing to travel around Klang Valley/ outstation area.

To visit houses / commercial premises and collect relevant information.

To obtain new information from the visiting effort e.g. new contact number/new addresses.

To assist Collection teams arrangement with customer when required.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a SPM

Preferably with 1-2 years related working experience

Experience in Credit industry is an added advantage

PC literate, able to analyze and provide solutions to any given situation within the job scope

Good communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Malaysia

Pleasant personality, able to work under pressure and able to work with minimum supervision
