Job description

The role of Field Supervisor supports day-to-day activities that ensure smooth, efficient business processes and functions. The role requires exceptional time management skills, good communication abilities and an understanding of task tracking and project management approaches.

Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily Office Management Tasks
  • Post fieldwork report submission to Group Leader by the deadline given.
  • Giving overall project feedback/key learning to respective Activation & Planning Team.
  • Training arrangement.
  • Field visitation plan.
  • Uniform arrangement.
  • Project Delivery Order check - sample stock & accessories.
  • Responsive Ad Hoc request from Group Leader, Activation & Planning Team.
  • Reporting.
Academic Qualification(s):

Candidates must possess at least SPM certificate or equivalent.

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Able to lead by example, maintain good spirits and contribute team morale.
