Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and servicing of monochrome and color digital multifunction products.
• Manage and repair copier on and off-site.
• Investigate and resolve maintenance and repair issues.
• Conduct troubleshooting on machines and escalate complicated issues.
• Ensure customer's machines are in working condition.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and servicing of Monochrome and Color Digital Multifunction Product (SHARP & FUJI FILM MFPs), enable hardware and software at workshop or customer's premises and services to the highest standards.
• Manage and repair copier on and off-site
• Investigate and resolve maintenance and repair issues
• Identifying and troubleshoot malfunctions cause
• Respond to all customer's call and ensure that the customer's machine are in working condition.
• Conduct trouble shooting on machines and elevate problem to Superior for issues that are complicated.
• Experience in Related Fields would be an advantage
• This role will cover Seremban area and its nearby locations

Requirements

• Candidate must posses at least Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia/ English.
• Ability to demonstrate and technically oriented with good analytic skills.
• Mature and able to work with minimum supervision. Able to handle customer's complaints.
• Knowledge of colour digital print products and knowledge of file handling software will be an added advantage.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided by the Company.
• Possess good eye vision and not colour blind.
