Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar technical role is an advantage.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Physically fit and willing to travel or work on-site when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment/machinery.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is functioning safely and efficiently.
• Respond to customer service calls and provide on-site technical support.
• Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities.
• Assist in testing, calibration, and upgrading of equipment when required.
• Provide basic training or guidance to customers on equipment operation.
