Job summary

A leading beverage company in Malaysia is looking for a Sales Representative to promote and sell approved products. You will build relationships with customers while managing sales in your territory. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Promote and sell all approved products, packages, and promotional offerings.
  • Recommend product quantities that align with customer needs, including factors such as storage capacity and display space.
  • Maintain a strong and diverse product assortment at all times.
  • Introduce new products to customers and assist in managing payment-related matters.
  • Build and sustain positive, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively acquire new customers.
  • Ensure products are consistently well-stocked, properly displayed, and rotated according to guidelines.
  • Manage and drive sales performance within the assigned territory.
  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets in both unit volume and revenue.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in Sales and the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is preferred.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must possess own transportation and a valid driving license.
