We are seeking a hands‑on Field Marketing Manager to plan and execute integrated marketing programs that support sales pipeline growth and customer engagement across Southeast Asia, Australia & New Zealand, and India markets.

This role is ideal for a practical, execution‑focused marketer who enjoys coordinating campaigns, working closely with sales, managing details, and delivering high‑quality marketing activities in market.

You will execute regional and global programs locally, while receiving strategic direction from APAC and global marketing leadership.

Job Responsibilities
  • Leads the development and execution of integrated marketing activities, aligning with sales goals and global initiatives.
  • Leads creation and delivery of multi‑channel campaigns across email, social, digital, webinars, and events.
  • Collaborates with sales leadership and global marketing to ensure that marketing plans support revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Manages the marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI on campaigns and events.
  • Provides direct ownership of in‑market activities, including campaign localization and execution for the sales organization.
  • Regularly reports on campaign performance, sharing insights and recommendations.
  • Drives innovation in marketing efforts by testing new channels, communication methods, and technologies.
Skills and Experiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ Years of Relevant Experience in field marketing, B2B marketing, or demand marketing.
  • Strong experience executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
  • Hands‑on experience managing events and webinars; partner marketing experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation (e.g. Eloqua, Marketo) and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Experience supporting B2B technology, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Exposure to CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a regional / matrix environment.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
What will you be doing in this role?
  • Plan and execute field marketing programs including events, webinars, digital campaigns, and account‑based initiatives.
  • Localize and deliver global and APAC campaigns to support sales priorities.
  • Work closely with sales teams and solution consultants to align marketing activities with pipeline goals.
  • Own in‑market execution, including vendors, timelines, and logistics.
  • Manage assigned marketing budget, tracking spend and ROI.
  • Coordinate with global teams on content, automation, and campaign workflows.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Support pipeline growth and sales engagement through measurable marketing contribution (leads, opportunities, attendance, engagement).
  • Occasional regional travel to support events, meetings, and sales engagement across SEA, ANZ, and India.
Hours of Work

This is a full‑time position with hybrid working mode in the office 3 days every week.
