Job description

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the durian plantation.

Supervise, monitor and control estate operations, including field work.

Ensure field work is carried out according to estate procedures and standards.

Daily monitoring and record of watering progress.

Implement and update daily reports to the Assistant Manager and Estate Manager.

1. Supervision on future development work in the Durian area

Road and drain marking according to plan.

Daily record on progress of work.

Any other works related to development of Durian area.

2. Supervision on upkeep and maintenance works in the Durian area

Arrangement of workers for upkeep and maintenance work.

Supervise and enforce field workers to apply standard operating procedures in the durian plantation.

Monitor and control estate operations of field workers.

Ensure field works is carried out according to estate programmes.

Daily record of the productivity of the workers.

Preparation of daily costing book for monitoring purposes.

Any other work that related to upkeep and maintenance of Durian area.

3. Supervision Harvesting Operations in the Durian Area

Arrangements of workers for harvesting season’s operations.

Arrangements for Collection and transport of durian during the harvesting season.

Any other work that related to Harvesting Operation in Durian area.
