A technology solutions provider in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia is seeking a candidate to conduct maintenance and operational training for customer's staff and prepare technical issue reports. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering, be proficient in Mandarin, and possess good English and Malay language skills. Fresh graduates and applicants with relevant backgrounds are encouraged to apply, and having a valid U.S. visa is advantageous. Candidates must be self-driven, responsible, and flexible to travel locally and overseas.
Conduct maintenance and operational training for customer's staff.
Preparation of technical issue report.
Degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor or a related field, or equivalent working experience.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with headquarters, along with good command of English and Malay.
Good computer skills and familiarity with relevant software applications.
Self-driven, responsible, and a team player with strong communication and organizational abilities.
Prior experience in service roles or customer-facing positions is an added advantage.
Having a valid U.S. visa is an advantage.
Must have own transport.
