Qualifications

• Minimum diploma holder in Telecommunications, Civil Engineering or equivalent course.
• Minimum 2 years experience in fibre planning or network design.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose network issues.
• Basic knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure.
• Good English proficiency with strong interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy in MS Office, MSC Excel and Power Point.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project implementation status via DFF and coordinate with partners.
• Develop detailed fibre optic network designs for installations.
• Align with the SDO Planner to ensure jobs are delivered on schedule.
• Prepare layout drawings and documentation using GIS tools.
• Maintain accurate records of fibre routes in GIS/NGNIS.
• Review and verify project costing for fibre planning tasks.
