Responsibilities
- Know in detail regarding process of Media In, pH, Critical Point and Contamination Occurs.
- Monitor ‘Media In’ transfer to Seed and Main tank and check volume of capacity at Seed/Main tank before process of transferring
- Check sample for pH once media in at Seed/Main tank and to do sampling at fermentation lab in order to ensure pH are per management order
- Ensure sampling result at seed tank similar with PLC computer
- Adjust sampling result at PLC if the result testing at fermentation lab is difference by manually
- Understand range of result of acceptable for management
- Control process of transferring JAR to SEED (OJB- Osh Jar Broth), SEED to MAIN and communicate with JAR operator before transferring网 bacteria from JAR to SEED
- Key in data (Report) at PLC computer at control room
- Control of Critical Point Strang before Cultivation process, closely monitor pH, temperature and pressure
- Communicate with continuous Sterilization (C/S)inf of operator for transferring/Sterilization process confirmation
- To ensure Jar operator already finished sterilization the piping line before transferring Jar
- To monitoring transfer process using PLC computer at control room
- To manual click ‘Cultivation’ ready for start an operation process
- To do a sampling once transferring at seed tank is finished
- Manage to used lab equipment for sampling purpose such as spectrophotometer calibration, flask, test tube, Laboratory weighing calibration
- Ensure additional feeding such as RAS, AMAC, MADD being monitor closely and result at Main process is free from any contamination
- Understand about process of broth out, Dilution Caustic Soda(DCS). Optical Density (OD), Cleaning in Place (CIP), Calibrate pH/NIR Sensor, Filter Sterilization and Blank Sterilization
- Proceed broth sample and barcode and submit to QC department
- hotline ъ.Dark? Do a “Cleaning in Place”/CIP at tank once finish transfer to refinery and use proper chemical for cleaning inside the main tank which is used for cleaning activity
- Ensure proper cleaning activities for avoid contamination occur in next process and once CIP take place, prepare an another cleaning activity by using a process water
- Support all activity by team members in order to ensure information been deliver to all team members at department area
- Prepare report for every process by daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Ensuring that the (QMS) conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001 and Feed Safety Management System (FSMS).
- Reporting on the Performance of the QMS & FSMS to Top Management in order to Review and Identify Actions and Opportunities for Quality Improvement.
- Ensuring that the integrity of the QMS & FSMS is maintained when changes to the QMS & FSMS are planned and implemented.
- Ensuring that the process of the QMS & FSMS requirements is established, implemented, maintained and sustained.
- Responsible for any stock take activities which is sub material and spare part by monthly basis.
- To follow safety rules by inspecting equipment and maintaining safety standard and wear safety personal protective equipment.sk assign by Head of Department.
Qualification and Education Requirements.
Educational
Minimum requirement Diploma holder in Engineering
Preferable Diploma in Plant (Process), Mechanical or Chemical
Experience
Fresh graduate or with one or two years workingUkraine дек иал working experience in Fermentation plant process
Skills
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
Must able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintain a positive attitude manner
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignment to complete a task
Have an excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effective communicate within Korean within an organization
Required a knowledge relate with ISO
Language
Fluency, both written and verbal in English and Malay.

Able to give a commitment for any ad-hoc task assign by Head of Department
