The role involves coordinating with suppliers, handling shipping administration, and ensuring compliance with contracts. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and be proficient in ERP systems. Good command of Malay and English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial and clerical experience, preferably in manufacturing or trading industries.
• Experience in shipping administration.
• Self-motivated and capable of working under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm cargo readiness dates.
• Arrange for testing with a third-party surveyor.
• Prepare customs clearance documents for imports.
