Job summary

A growing e-commerce firm in Kangar is seeking individuals to conduct daily live sessions on TikTok and Shopee. Successful candidates will create engaging content, interact with users in real time, and learn video production skills. Fresh graduates are welcome and training will be provided. Applicants must be comfortable on camera and able to communicate in both Bahasa and English.

Overview

Conducting Daily Live Session on E Commerce platform - Tiktok/Shopee. Creating Daily Content. Live Script, Bundle Combo, Flow Preparation and Post Live Debrief. Constantly Engaging with User on Tiktok (Live Talking, Comments Reply, etc.). Shoot and Simple Edit on E-Commerce Video. Research for popular topic from time to time. Track, monitor, and understand Livestream's performance through insights and analytics. Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily live sessions on TikTok and Shopee for e-commerce.
• Create daily content to support live streams.
• Prepare live scripts, bundle combos, and flow; perform post-live debrief.
• Engage with users during live sessions (talking, replying to comments, etc.).
• Shoot and perform simple editing of e-commerce videos.
• Research popular topics periodically to inform content.
• Monitor and analyze livestream performance using insights and analytics.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Company.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates / no experience are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
• Familiar with TikTok/Shopee platforms and algorithms.

• Able to commute to the workplace (Kangar) by public transport or own transportation.
• Decent appearance, talkative, and comfortable on camera.

• Able to speak and write in Bahasa and English.
