Job description

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of poultry farm workers.
• Monitor the health, behavior, and growth of chickens; report abnormalities or diseases.
• Ensure proper feeding, watering, and ventilation systems are functioning correctly.
• Oversee cleaning, disinfection, and biosecurity measures across all farm areas.
• Manage and record daily production data (mortality rates).
• Conduct weighing of chickens according to schedule to track growth rate and feed conversion ratio.
