Oversee daily factory and workshop operations for genset body fabrication and assembly

Monitor job flow including incoming orders, fabrication progress, and outgoing completed gensets

Coordinate materials, steel, panels, canopy parts, and consumables with suppliers

Supervise welders, fabricators, painters, electricians, and workshop staff

Ensure production schedule, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met

Liaise with engineering and project teams on drawings, modifications, and site requirements

Maintain workshop discipline, safety, tools, and housekeeping

Prepare basic progress updates and operational reports to management

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in genset body builder / fabrication / heavy equipment workshop
• Strong understanding of steel fabrication, canopy/body works, and workshop processes
• Hands‑on leader with good people and supplier management skills
• Able to track multiple jobs and resolve production issues on the floor
• Disciplined, organised, and result‑oriented

Remuneration

• Basic Salary: RM6,000
• Allowances & benefits commensurate with experience
