• Managing, organizing and supervising staff and sub‑contractors in day to day duties.
• Ensure that Preventive Maintenance Schedule is carried out as per PM Schedule.
• Sourcing and overseeing contracts and service providers for facilities management.
• Oversee and manage all planned Corrective Maintenance works.
• Prepare weekly maintenance budget for top management approval.
• Prepare and be responsible for monthly interim payment claims.

Responsibilities

• Managing, organizing and supervising staff and sub‑contractors in carrying out their day to day duties, which includes civil, mechanical, electrical & landscape works.
• Ensure that Preventive Maintenance Schedule is carried out accordingly as per PM Schedule.
• Sourcing and overseeing contracts and service providers for all functions related to facilities management.
• Oversee and manage all planned Corrective Maintenance works within agreed time frame & standard.
• Prepare weekly maintenance budget for top management approval, manage the budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare and be responsible for monthly interim payment claims. Prepare any technical report, proposal and budget costing request by client.
