A leading asset management company in Malaysia seeks a Facility Engineering Maintenance Manager to oversee operations and compliance with quality systems. This role includes managing budgets, ensuring asset management, and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Ideal candidates have a degree in engineering and 4-6 years of relevant experience. The role offers opportunities to lead a team in a growing organization.
Manage and ensure FEMS operation activities, including Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Routine Inspection, Proactive Maintenance, and User Requests. Oversee the Sustainability Programme (Indoor Air Quality and Energy Management) to meet Concession Agreement requirements and Company SOP.
Plan and control the approved annual budget for revenue streams (Fees, Variation Orders, Reimbursable Work, Energy Performance Contracting, Energy Management, Indoor Air Quality) and expenditures (Maintenance, Contractor, and Operation costs) to achieve the company's Annual Operation Plan (AOP).
Ensure hospital asset management activities such as Testing and Commissioning, Asset registration, Warranty management, Beyond economic repair, Asset audit, and Variation order management are executed according to Concession Agreement requirements.
Guarantee that FEMS services comply with Quality and Environment Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007) and statutory & regulatory standards (DOSH, DOE, Energy Commission, SPAN, and local authorities) in line with ISO standards and legal regulations.
Execute and ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment policies through activities like Toolbox Briefings, Workplace Inspections, Safety Observations, Safety Committee Meetings (HIRADC, EASI), and Safety Days.
Establish and maintain stakeholder management with internal parties (Headquarters, Regional Office, Hospital Support Services) and external parties (Engineering Division Department, Ministry of Health, Local Authorities) to align with company vision and mission.
Plan and oversee staff performance and development activities, including Training Needs Analysis, On-Job Training, Performance Monitoring, KPIs, and Competency Training, in accordance with Manpower Norms and company policies.
Ensure timely preparation, review, and submission of reports such as Technical Reports, Professional Advice, Condition Appraisals, Monthly Deduction Mapping, Incident Reports, Life Cycle Assessments, and Benchmarking, to MoH and Asset & Services Information System as per Concession Agreement.
