Role Overview
  • Ensure that all machines are safe for operations and production line is smooth
  • Carry out preventive maintenance and repair works on machine breakdown
  • Repair, Inspect, Troubleshooting, Maintenance and Testing of hydraulic equipment such as pumps, motors, control valves and cylinder
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment and component
  • Conduct preventive maintenance as per PM schedule and specification
  • Ensure proper documentation and data integrity of PM results
  • Able to provide simple report on downtime and corrective & preventive action taken
  • Undertakes building repair works, and completes them within the given timeframe
  • Carries out general repair, painting, toiletry fitting, and plumbing works according to standard
  • Troubleshoots and undertakes hands on repair works for any issues relating to building structure promptly
  • Coordinates repair works with suppliers and/or contractors
  • Ensure sufficient stock level for maintenance parts in the inventory
  • Respond to emergency calls for any troubleshooting required at site
  • Ensure maintenance work done comply to local regulatory, corporate safety and industrial standards
  • Perform shift duties to support production
  • Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices in the production and maintenance support areas
  • Assist Engineers in carrying out engineering evaluations/experiments/troubleshooting
  • Provide equipment support and sustain production operation throughout with minimum machine breakdowns and repairing time
  • Provide feedback and give suggestions to improve equipment stability and performance
  • Assist new colleagues on their On-the-Job-Training (OJT) by acting as their buddy
  • Participate and contribute actively in continuous improvement activities
  • Responsible to day to day electrical/machinery maintenance and repair works
  • Provide support in the service, repair and maintenance of all facilities
  • Service, diagnose and rectify faulty electrical and mechanical components and air-conditioning equipment

A reliable, hands-on professional with experience in building maintenance and repair, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Required Qualifications
  • Certificate, Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM), or Diploma in relevant fields i.e Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Civil
  • Min 1-3 years of hands-on experience in maintenance or facilities role
Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge in PLC and its trouble shooting
  • Ability to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across mechanical and electrical systems
  • Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving skills
  • Basic skills in MS office
