Job description

Overview

Assist and support the Facilities Engineer in daily operations and projects. Ensure proper functioning of facilities equipment, consistent utility supply, and upkeep of building and landscape areas. Provide support to PN manufacturing operations and maintain general housekeeping across the plant.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance of building infrastructure and landscaping.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC and cleanroom systems, ensuring operations remain within defined specifications.
• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and scheduled testing of the Fire Protection System.
• Ensure continuous and compliant operation of utilities systems, including Nitrogen (N2), Clean Dry Air (CDA), and water systems.
• Conduct scheduled repair and maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly as they arise or upon request.
• Support compliance with ISO 9000, ISO 14000, contamination control standards, 6S practices, and workplace safety requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants on matters related to facilities management.
• Organize and oversee major planned maintenance activities.
• Execute special tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor.
• Contribute to various activities in support of broader company goals and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma/certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Or AO Electrical Charge man Certificate Skill Required
• Hands on in day to day operation Experience: 2 years working experience in the facilities field.
