Job Description:

  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other facility equipment to ensure their proper functioning.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to facility equipment and systems, including identifying and repairing faults, leaks, or malfunctions.
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of equipment and minimize unexpected breakdowns.
  • Handle minor repairs and maintenance of the building's structure, including doors, windows, flooring, and walls.
  • Maintain an inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies required for facility maintenance and order replacements as necessary.
  • Respond to facility emergencies promptly and effectively, such as power outages, water leaks, or heating/cooling system failures.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment servicing, and repairs.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other facility staff and supervise contractors working on maintenance/facility projects.
Job requirements
  • Possesses Certificate/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical field or any equivalent vocational or technical institutions
  • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in facilities maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical system
  • Knowledge of basic hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic and repair equipment
  • Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and troubleshooting of building systems and equipment
  • Skilled in tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing repairs, and electrical work
  • A highly motivated individual who is willing to take initiatives and high concern on safety
  • Effective organizational skills to manage tasks, prioritize work orders, and meet maintenance schedules
