Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working experience with hands-on experience in technical field.
• Can read and understand M&E, Civil & Architectural, Plumbing, Sanitary & Drainage and Building Structure drawings.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa and English.

• To maintain, service, repair and ensure that all mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems are in good working condition.
• To perform regular checking of the facilities.
