• Supervise CAD model development for fabrication accuracy.
• Approve complex CAD designs for manufacturability.
• Review 3D CAD files to validate tolerance stack-ups.
• Ensure CAD data is CAM-compatible for fabrication.
• Collaborate with toolroom to improve CAM-based cutter paths.
• Oversee CAM workholding strategies to reduce setup time.
• Ensure CAM files are stored securely and traceably.
• Supervise simultaneous machining operations.
• Coordinate multi-axis CNC jobs.
