Job Responsibilities
1. Product Design, Excellence & Marketing:
  • Lead product ideation and tastings with the marketing team, ensuring every product is set up to succeed.
  • Own the product journey from concept to launch, overseeing activations and promotions (both online and offline) with a laser focus on delivering ROI.
  • Lead ideation, planning, and execution of new product launches from concept to post-launch review.
2. Digital & Offline Campaign Development:
  • Lead the development of marketing campaigns with a performance-driven approach, ensuring each campaign is designed to maximize ROI and contribute to key business goals.
  • Continuously track, analyze, and optimize campaigns to ensure they meet or exceed performance expectations.
  • Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and footfall.
3. Online & Delivery Platform Management:
  • Manage digital promotions focusing on measurable outcomes, tracking performance and optimizing for maximum ROI across delivery platforms.
4. Mall & In-Store Promotions:
  • Develop offline marketing materials including store posters, wobblers, buntings, standees, packaging messages, and promotional collaterals.
  • Strategize and execute in-store promotions and mall activations, making sure they're designed with clear KPIs to maximize ROI.
  • Drive brand visibility and foot traffic through data-driven in-store campaigns that directly increase sales and engagement.
5. MEMO Gatekeeper:
  • Act as the key communications link with operations, ensuring smooth collaboration and that all campaigns and promotions are aligned with performance goals.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelors degree in business or marketing fields
  • Minimum 3 year experience in Marketing-related or advertising/media agency roles
  • Good Command of English and BM
