Are you a hands‑on professional with experience in handling extrusion or molding machineries and processes? We're looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to join a manufacturing team in Perak. You will be required to optimize machines, solve technical problems, and ensure top‑notch product quality. This is a full‑time position.

Key responsibilities

• Operating and troubleshooting extrusion and molding machines to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Quickly finding and fixing issues with equipment to minimize machine downtime.
• Working with the production crew to find ways to make processes better.
• Investigating failures and defects to find the root cause and prevent them from happening again.
• Giving technical help and training to machine operators.
• Checking and reporting on how well the machines and processes are doing (Key Performance Indicators).
• Making sure all work follows safety and environmental rules.

Requirements

• At least a diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a similar field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in an extrusion or molding role.
• A proven ability to improve and troubleshoot extrusion and molding processes.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
