About the Role

We are seeking a Regional Senior Technical Planner – Facilities to lead facilities planning activities across a multi-country portfolio, ensuring alignment with global workplace standards and regional business needs. This role partners closely with global and regional stakeholders to support office operations, workplace transformations, relocations, and major maintenance initiatives, while providing oversight of vendors and consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead regional maintenance planning across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with global and regional standards.
  • Prepare detailed maintenance plans, including scope, resources, materials, permits, and timelines for regional execution.
  • Ensure labour, materials, and equipment are efficiently allocated across the region to minimise downtime and maximise operational efficiency.
  • Manage regional service providers and contractors, ensuring work quality, compliance, and cost control.
  • Review technical specifications, drawings, and manuals to support accurate planning and consistent execution across sites.
  • Monitor maintenance backlog and prioritise tasks based on criticality, operational impact, and regional business needs.
  • Support major projects such as office relocations, restacks, site activations, and workplace transformations.
  • Analyse maintenance performance and asset reliability trends across the region and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with regional operations, facilities, EHS, and workplace teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of maintenance plans.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, regulatory, and corporate standards.
  • Implement best practices to optimise regional maintenance operations and drive continuous improvement.
About You
  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance planning, preferably at a regional or multi-site level.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, M&E, electrical, fire/life safety, BMS).
  • Experience managing vendors, contractors, and complex maintenance projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across diverse functions and regions.
  • Ability to translate global standards into locally executable plans.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret maintenance data and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred
