A leading FMCG company based in Subang Jaya is seeking a qualified candidate for the export sales role. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in export sales, preferably within the food industry. This role involves developing strategies to expand accounts, achieving sales targets, and leading a sales team in a dynamic environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential. The position offers a competitive salary package.
Responsible for delivering top and bottomline target for the designated portfolio.
Develop and execute strategies in identifying and expanding emerging accounts, driving incremental revenue and market share.
Lead the development and execution of market entry and expansion plans, focusing on high-growth accounts with strong potential.
Responsible to achieve sales target as well as developing new businesses in the region through both administrative and field work.
Support sales team in all sales and market research activities to meet company financial targets.
Responsible for new product developments, managing communication with customers as well as coordination with cross functional teams.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless order fulfilment, export operations and compliance of customers’ requirement and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain good rapport with the customers.
Develop strategies to achieve toplines and bottom line target goal set by the company.
Negotiate for the best commercial term & liaise with Legal team on the distributor agreement.
Keep abreast with competitors’ activities & price value chain in the market.
Lead and be a good mentor to the direct report.
To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Possess Bachelor Degree in International Business / Commercial / Marketing/ Business Admin and other relevant studies.
Minimum 5 years working experience in export sales, preferably in FMCG (food).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Operations.
Strong organisational skills.
Result oriented, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Team player that is thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
