Job description

The Export & Logistic Executive is responsible for managing and expanding the company’s international trade operations, including export documentation, regulatory compliance, logistics coordination, and customer relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant export of goods.

This role also supports and potentially manages OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)–related roles and responsibilities, including coordination with OEM partners, handling OEM requirements, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations, and aligning logistics and supply chain activities with OEM standards.

The position works closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize export and OEM-related processes, support market development initiatives, and drive international business growth.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of the Export & Logistic Executive role is to ensure smooth, compliant, and profitable export operations while strengthening the company’s presence in global markets. The role aims to minimize risks associated with international trade and OEM engagements, enhance customer and partner satisfaction, and contribute to revenue growth by efficiently managing export and OEM-related activities, maintaining strong OEM partnerships, and identifying new international and OEM business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end export operations to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant shipment of goods.
• Maintain and monitor records of outstanding purchase orders, export stock inventory, cargo movement, and OEM-related orders for both export and local delivery.
• Plan export and local delivery routes, load scheduling, and logistics arrangements to meet customer, OEM, and shipment timelines.
• Handle all export and OEM-related shipping documentation, customs declarations, permits, and duty exemption renewals, including documentation required for OEM partners.
• Liaise closely with customers, OEM partners, freight forwarders, transporters, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to ensure smooth export, import, and local delivery clearance.
• Coordinate OEM order fulfilment activities, including production scheduling follow-up, packaging, labelling, and logistics arrangements in accordance with OEM specifications and contractual requirements.
• Support production planning by forecasting export, local, and OEM stock requirements and following up on production schedules to meet delivery commitments.
• Ensure all export, local, and OEM-related documentation and submissions are completed accurately and on time to minimize delays, risks, and non-compliance.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and contractual requirements related to export and OEM operations.
• Resolve transportation, logistics, customs, OEM, and customer-related issues efficiently to maintain service quality and business continuity.
• Support management and undertake additional duties or assignments related to export and OEM operations as required.
