• Handle and coordinate with transporters and freight forwarders.
• Follow up on customs clearance and shipment status.
• Monitor and confirm shipment dates to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare and check export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and CIPL.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth export operations.
• Handle any export-related issues and provide timely updates.
