Job summary

A marketing transformation agency is seeking an Experience Analyst aligned to Insights & Strategy in Kuala Lumpur. About your new role!

As an Experience Analyst aligned to Insights & Strategy, you will be assuming a diverse role delivering Digital Transformation work which cuts across strategy, customer experience, process optimization and change management disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solve clients business challenges to help achieve their growth objectives
  • Analyze client findings and conduct research to propose strategic initiatives and roadmaps
  • Research typically spans Voice of Customer, Competitor Analysis, Leading Trends and Market Sentiment
  • As such, can include but not limited to planning and executing customer/stakeholder surveys, interviews or focus groups
  • Design and drive implementation of new customer and / or employee experiences
  • Perform stakeholders’ analysis and change impact assessment
  • Plan and coordinate training to ensure all users are prepared for change
  • Measure progress and effectiveness of digital transformation activities and business readiness
  • Execute strategy and deliver initiatives utilizing our creative, marketing and technology capabilities as an organization
  • Support leads in strategizing and developing proposals for new business opportunities
What We'd Love To See From You
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree
  • Prior exposure to professional experience in delivery or strategy supporting transformation projects
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Able to think analytically, problem solve and present ideas in a structured manner
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • Able to travel (APAC) if the project requires
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
