Job summary

An event and exhibition display company in Malaysia is seeking creative designers to conceptualize and develop designs for various client events and exhibitions. Candidates should have expertise in 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, and a relevant design qualification. Fluency in Mandarin is highly valued as candidates will interact with Mandarin-speaking clients. Job description

The Floorplan Sdn Bhd aims to promote and advertise our clients’ quality products and services using a vast range of media. Our services include the supply of portable, modular, display and exhibition equipment as well as custom-built event and exhibition booths and stands. Job Responsibilities

• Conceptualize ideas into design for exhibition and events based on customer's needs and specifications.
• To develop and construct 3D visual, detailed drawings and design related work based on design brief that is provided.
• To provide creative inputs to projects at various scales and types such as product launches, Annual Dinners, Exhibition booth, Activations and more.
• Work closely with marketing and sales team for pitching opportunities.
• Coordinate with team members and associates on ensuring smooth planning and execution processes.

Job Requirements

• Applicants must be Malaysian Permanent Residents or possess valid work authorization for Malaysia. Sponsorship will not be provided.
• Possess at least minimum Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Interior, Industrial Design, Architecture and Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Proficient in 3D Studio Max and Adobe Photoshop is a must.
• Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, AutoCad and Adobe Creative Software is an added advantage.
• Able to work under tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
• Passion for detailing and have a creative flair.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
• Mandarin speaking designers encourage to apply. We are looking for someone who are fluent in Mandarin as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients from China/Hong Kong.
